Set in a cyberpunk version of Earth plagued by genetic warfare and buried Kaiju gods, Volume I introduces a cast of rebels and visionaries: Ayami, a rogue hacker who discovers the beast’s shocking origin; Ronin Don, a legendary street samurai with a code of his own; and Yume, a psychic artist whose murals foresee the apocalypse.
As Tokyo trembles under the awakening of the ancient Kaiju deity Shu-Ra, the world realizes that The Forbidden One isn’t the end… he’s only the beginning.
