Refund Policy for Rebel G Society Records

Thank you for shopping with Rebel G Society Records. We are dedicated to providing high-quality music, merchandise, and streetwear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. All Sales Are Final (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of our business and digital products (albums, downloads, beat packs, etc.), all digital sales are final. No refunds will be issued for downloadable content once the order is processed.


2. Return Eligibility (Physical Products)

We accept returns or exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • You received the wrong item or size

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at rebelgsocietyrecords@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (albums, beats, etc.)

  • Custom-made or limited edition items

  • Gift cards


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
